For the 51 st Anniversary, Amnesty International Japanese Branch and lnternational Human Rights NGO Network organize the street parade
in Shibuya on December 10th.
We, Liaison Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama participate this parade to appeal for respect of human rights in Tibet.
